Wahkeena Falls is a cascading waterfall in the Columbia River Gorge with a total drop of 242 foot in 6 steps.
This little fellow was taking a shower under the spray of the Wahkeena Falls. It took a while for me to see him. I heard a weird metallic noise that I just could not locate or identify. Like keys dropping on a plate. Turns out our friend here was having a lot of fun and was singing as if there was no tomorrow.
The upper falls of the Multnomah Falls drop 542 feet (165 m) and the lower falls add another 69 feet (21 m), making it the second tallest year-round waterfall in the United States.
