At 213 meters (699 ft), the ACT Tower is by far the highest building in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. The building was designed to resemble a harmonica, acknowledging the musical instrument manufacturers headquartered in Hamamatsu that include Yamaha, Roland, Kawai and Tokai.
