Seenigama Devalaya located close to Hikkaduwa on the Galle- Colombo main road and is named after God Devol. Although the 2004 tsunami disaster hit Seenigama, people consider it a miracle that the Devalaya was not largely damaged.
The Galle Clock Tower is located within the Galle Fort in Galle, Sri Lanka. It overlooks the central Moon Bastion, on the site of the former guard room. The clock tower was constructed in 1883, based on a design by John Henry Gues Landon.
