Bridge # 35-04-62 The Giddings Road Bridge is a 107 feet long covered bridge that spans Mill Creek for Giddings Road in Jefferson Township, Ashtabula County, Ohio. This is one of Ashtabula County's 17 covered bridges, several of which are in the immediate vicinity of Jefferson. The bridge is located about 1.2 miles north of Ohio 167. It has a Pratt truss. Width data could not be found on the bridge, although it appears to be two lanes. The clearance is 15 feet 6 inches. The bridge has concrete abutments on stone fill. The bridge is painted white on the exterior and has a shingled roof. The interior is not painted. Built in 1995, the overall condition of the bridge is excellent with little or no graffiti. Bridge # 35-04-63, Netcher Road Bridge is a covered bridge spanning water in Jefferson Township, Ashtabula County, Ohio, United States. The bridge, one of the newest and one of currently 17 drivable covered bridges in the county, is a single span constructed of timber arches with inverted Haupt walls, in a "Neo-Victorian" design. It was built in 1998, and it was funded by an ODOT Timber Grant. The bridge is located approximately 2.0 mi (3.2 km) east of Jefferson. Built: 1998 Length: 110 feet (33.5 m) Width: 22 feet (6.7 m)
